1.2 What are the Terms and Conditions to participate?
This program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 12 years of age or older. For complete details, including eligibility criteria and program information, see the Spider-Man Rewards program complete terms and conditions.
2.1 How do I register for the Spider-Man Rewards program?
To register for the Spider-Man Rewards program, go to Kelloggs.com/spidermanmovie from either your computer or mobile phone (for applicable mobile phones, see section 7.1).
Computer: Click on Register/Login, follow the steps to Sign up today/Get started here, and create an account to access the program.
Mobile: Click on Register, complete the registration form to create an account to access the program. You must be 13 years of age or older to enter from a mobile phone.
Mobile charges may be incurred as provided in your rate plan. Standard data rates may apply. All program features may not be available through all wireless carriers.
Your e-mail address will be your unique registration identification that gives you easy access to product news, promotions and recipes from Kellogg's®. Once you have created an account you no longer have to repeat the registration process and can simply log in using your e-mail address and password.

2.2 If I am having password difficulties, what should I do?
Please make sure the password you entered is the one associated with the e-mail address entered. Note that passwords are case sensitive.
If you forgot your password, visit the Login page to access the 'Forgot Your Password' screen. Provide the e-mail address associated with your account on the 'forgot your password' page. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with a temporary program generated password within 24 hours. After logging in with your temporary password, you will be able to personalize your password. The temporary password expires after 24 hours. To receive a new temporary password, repeat the above steps. Note: Your password for SPIDERMAN is unique to this program and not applicable to other programs offered by Kellogg.

2.3 Why do we ask for your birth date?
Web sites that are collecting personal information from children are required to comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Depending on your age, parental permission may be required prior to participating in the program. The Spider-Man Rewards program follows COPPA requirements. While this program is designed to be fun, at Kellogg we take COPPA and your child's privacy very seriously.

2.4 Why are different e-mail addresses required to register kids for the SPIDER-MAN program?

2.5 If my child is under the age of 13, how do I opt them out of the program?
As part of the registration process, your child is required to provide your e-mail address in addition to their own. You should have received an e-mail from us when your child registered for the Spider-Man Rewards program containing information about opting your child out of the program and how to manage your child's account, and providing a link to do so. In addition, you may remove your child's information in the Spider-Man Rewards program by clicking here and following the steps in the form.

2.6 Why do we ask for your mailing address?
We will not use your mailing address for purposes other than specified upon registration for a program. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
2.7 Who can I contact to help me if I'm having trouble registering or logging into the Spider-Man Rewards program?
Please review the e-mail address and password you have entered for accuracy. Writing down your e-mail address and password linked to your account is recommended. Contact Us if you are having trouble registering or logging into the Spider-Man Rewards program.
2.8 Can I have multiple accounts?
Sorry, but no. There is a limit of one account per E-mail address per person.
2.9 Can I update my e-mail address?
Sorry, but no. You cannot update your e-mail address for the Spider-Man Rewards program. Your e-mail address will be your unique registration identification that gives you easy access to product news, promotions and recipes from Kellogg's®. Please sign up with an e-mail address that you will use for the length of the program.

3.3 What are Points, and how do I use them?
Points are the form of currency used for Amazing Rewards and are deposited into your online account when you enter codes from specially marked packages of Kellogg's® products. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable and can be used to redeem Amazing Rewards. See How It Works for more details.
3.4 How do I know how many Spidey Codes I have entered into my account?
Once you've logged in, your Point balance will always be displayed on the top left corner of the page. You may also view your Point balance at any time by visiting the My Account page of the promotional site. If you have additional questions about the point balance for your account, Contact Us.
3.5 What if my account balance doesn't seem accurate?
Please review your account balance in My Account. My Account will display all actions taken with your account. Codes found on pack equal 1 Point. Codes found on packages purchased at club locations equal 3 Points. If you believe after checking 'My Account' your account balance is not accurate, Contact Us.
3.6 How are Points deducted from my account?
If you redeem your Points for an item, the corresponding number of Points will be deducted from your Point total.
3.7 Do I need to enter the code exactly as it appears inside the package?
Yes. Enter the characters and digits in the same order as they appear on the inside back panel of the package. Codes are not case sensitive and spaces should not be used. For more detail, see How it Works.
3.8 I tried entering my code but received an error message. What should I do?
Please verify you have entered the code correctly.

3.9 Is there a limit on how many codes I can enter?
Yes, you can enter up to 8 code per day and the equivalent of a maximum of 30 points earned per the program period, which ends 6/30/2013. See How it Works for more details.
3.10 What should I do if I cannot read the code inside the specially marked program package?
If you cannot read the code, please Contact Us for assistance. We will provide you instructions on how to proceed. Please hold on to the code as we may ask you to return it for our review.
3.11 Is it necessary to keep the product package after I have entered the code?
We advise that you to cut out the code from the product package as Kellogg's® reserves the right to request that any participant forward the original code(s) from the package(s) representing the Spidey code deposited in an account.
3.12 Can I convert my Spidey code into cash?
Sorry, but no. Spidey codes and their corresponding Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. You may use Points only to redeem for Amazing Rewards.
3.13 Do my Points ever expire?
Yes. All points will expire at the end of the program on June 30, 2013. Spidey codes and their corresponding Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
4.1 What is Amazing Rewards?
Amazing Rewards is a collection of items available for redemption using Points. The items available and their point values are listed on the Amazing Rewards page. See How it Works for more details.
4.2 How long will Amazing Rewards be available?
4.3 How do I know if I have enough Points available to redeem for an item?
Your account balance will appear at the top left corner of each page. Each item provides the number of points needed to obtain.
If you have selected an item from the Amazing Rewards page but do not have enough points, a message will display indicating additional points are required for your item. For more details, see How it Works.
5.1 Is there a limit to the number of items that I can redeem with points in a day?
There is no daily limit. Please note items can only be redeemed with points available in your account up to a maximum of 30 points total per program period. Redemptions can only be made one at a time.
5.2 How do I get my Amazing Rewards?
After collecting and entering your codes online, you can redeem points for Amazing Rewards. After you have redeemed points and ordered an item, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your order. Do you have additional questions, check out the following information:
Downloadable items: Once you decide to redeem 1 point for a Spider-Man wallpaper, you may download your reward either from the 'Redemption Complete' screen or from your 'My Account' page. Your default system browser window will open and ask you to save the file.
After saving the file, you may select your Spider-Man wallpaper as your desktop background using your computer's Control Panel.

5.3 When can I expect to receive my Amazing Rewards?
All orders placed will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours. Please note: The confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your account. Please make sure you have added kelloggs@eprizefulfillment.com and to your 'safe sender' list. See how. Contact Us if you have not received an e-mail within 24 hours. E-Mails are sent for completing an action (redemption, forgot password, remove the child from the program) in the SPIDER-MAN program.
If you ordered a movie ticket, digital codes are provided on a redemption confirmation page or by a confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address linked to your account. If the redemption conformation page is closed or the e-mail is not received, you can obtain and redeem the code for your item without the e-mail.

5.4 Can digital reward codes be replaced?
Sorry, but no. If you no longer have your digital reward code or movie ticket, it cannot be replaced.
Digital reward codes can be found at your 'My Account' page in the Transaction History. If you have a question about a movie ticket that corresponds to a specific digital reward code, please Contact Us.
6.1 What is the desktop Widget?
The desktop 'Widget' allows you to enter your codes from a quick and easy program stored on your computer desktop. Once you've submitted the code(s), the associated number of Spidey Points will be deposited into your account.
6.2 How do I get the desktop Widget?
Once you log in to SPIDER-MAN, visit the Other Ways to Participate page. Follow these step-by-step instructions to successfully install the desktop widget (this Widget requires Adobe Air® to install).

6.3 The desktop Widget has asked to install software on my computer. Should I allow it?
If you would like to have the desktop Widget on your computer, you must download the software from the Spider-Man Rewards program and install it on your computer. This program runs externally from the promotional site and needs to be saved to a computer to run.
The desktop Widget will also request to install Adobe Air on your computer. Adobe Air is a certified Adobe product and allows your desktop widget to interact with My Account. If you have questions about Adobe Air, visit the Adobe website.

6.4 How do I enter my codes into the desktop Widget?
First you will need to log in to the widget using your e-mail address and password from the Spider-Man Rewards program. Once you log in, you will be able to enter 1 16-digit code at a time. After you enter your code and click 'Submit,' the appropriate number of points will be added to your Spider-Man Rewards balance.

6.5 What if my desktop Widget account balance doesn't seem accurate?
Please review your account balance in My Account. Codes found on pack equal 1 Point. Codes found on packages purchased at club locations equal 3 Points. If you believe after checking 'My Account' your account balance is not accurate, please select 'Refresh Balance' on the Widget screen.

7.1 How do I enter the mobile site?
Visit Kelloggs.com/spidermanmovie on your mobile phone. Please note: All phones can display the promotional site, but only the iPhone, Android and Blackberry Torch can display the mobile designed site.
7.2 What can I do at the mobile site?
The mobile site is a mobile version of the website. You may, login/register, enter codes, redeem points for Amazing Rewards and view your transaction history. You may not register on the mobile site if you are under age 13. See Section 2.4 to enter if you are under age 13.
7.3 What if I have an iPhone, Android or Blackberry Torch and want to redeem Amazing Rewards?
You can link to the promotional site at any time in the footer of the mobile designed site. If you have already logged in to the mobile site, you be logged in to the promotional site. Contact Us if you have issues with changing the display on your phone.
7.4 How do I enter codes from the mobile site?
Log in to the Spider-Man Rewards program from a mobile phone listed in Section 7.1. Visit the Enter Codes page of the mobile site. Enter your 16-digit code printed on the inside back panel of the Kellogg's® package. 'Submit' the code.
7.5 My images are loading slowly. What should I do?
This is could be caused by your internet connection. Please check the loading status of your page. Also, wait for the page to load fully before submitting or submitting 'Back,' and only click 'Submit' once.

8.1 How does the application work?
To see Spidey in action you will need to find the image that the application has been trained to recognize. In this case, it is the image of Peter Parker on the back of specially marked Kellogg's® packaging in the lower right corner. Just hold your Smartphone over the image, close enough to fill most of the screen, and watch as the package comes to life!
8.2 What kind of smart phone do I need?
The SpideyScenes application works with iPhones that are 3GS and higher on the hardware side running iOS 4.0 and on Android phones running version 2.2 and higher.
Standard rates apply when mobile streaming from your mobile device; check with your carrier for details. Standard data rates may apply when downloading app; check with your carrier for details.
8.3 Does this work in the dark?
Unfortunately, your phone does not have Spidey senses like you! For best results, use in a well-lit room and avoid any reflections that might appear on the packaging.
8.4 What Kellogg's® products does this work on?
Look for specially marked boxes of Kellogg's® cereals, Pop-Tarts toaster pastries and snacks (See complete list here).
8.5 I can't seem to view the content?
Make sure that you hold your Smartphone steady for a few seconds, level with the lower right panel on your Kellogg's® packaging. Make sure that the packaging is not folded, wrinkled or damaged. If you don’t have a specially marked Kellogg's® product, you will not be able to access the exclusive movie scenes.
8.6 Why won’t the video clip play for me?
Make sure you keep your Smartphone's camera focused on the image of Peter Parker on the back of specially marked Kellogg's® and Keebler® products. If you move your camera away from the image of Peter Parker before the video transition completes, the movie clip will not play.
